To Each of Us: The Voice Project Recording Choir, Jan-Mar 2025
This aim of this project from January to March 2025, was to capture and record some of the original songs from previous performance projects Arc of the Sun (2023) and The Lie of the Land (2024).
Over 8 weeks of rehearsals, in Norwich and Brighton, we rehearsed the songs and honed our sound as a group.
In March, the choir gathered at the Octagon Chapel in Norwich for a recording session. They were joined by soloists Jeremy Avis, Lisa Cassidy and Sharon Durant, as well as Voice Project co-directors Jon Baker and Sian Croose, and instrumentalists Adrian Lever and Rowland Sutherland.
All songs were written by Orlando Gough, Jon Baker and Sian Croose.
