An online project during lockdown resulting in a short film

​Forced to halt live performances and rehearsals due to the Covid-19 pandemic we took our work online. Around 130 people joined us from Norwich, Brighton, Ireland, Spain, South Africa and the USA.

We delivered regular weekly singing rehearsals, brought in poet Esther Morgan to lead creative writing sessions and movement director and dancer Dane Hurst to lead movement sessions. Dane alsos choreographed and performed his own section of the film.

The music was put together from individual recordings made by the choir and the visuals are a combination of specially filmed footage and films recorded by choir members on their mobile phones.

The film was selected for the Richmond (VA) Film Festival, USA
